Dear Readers,

I would like to first say thank you to the bigger pockets founders for creating what seems to be a great tool for getting into real estate investing. My name is Matthew and I am an electrical engineering major at Long Beach. I am completely new to this whole thing and have learned a lot from the podcasts and other internet sources like bigger pockets. I am still currently finishing up college but want to start now into REI. I could use some direction in finding a good place to start as you all must know, most of us college students are broke and poor. I am already ingesting tons of material and knowledge every day about the subject but would love to inspire members to share how they got started out. I like learning from example and what better way to ask members to share there stories. Also any tips tricks and things to LOOK OUT for would be great. I am really excited to get into this business of REI and would be very grateful to all who took there valuable time to share with me on my first post. So thanks again for taking the time to read this post and furthermore thank you for any and all posts.

Matt
