I get the concept (number of days, etc), but how was the operational aspect?

Where do you STORE all the key aspects of your business?

This is crucial as it sounds like you and your wife are not completely on the same page about the way forward.

I'd also add there is an educational aspect you gain as an investor, especially if this is your first time through the process.

I think it will be crucial you work with an agent who is familiar with this and has the knowledge to dig deep to see if Air BNBing Carlsbad will be a possibility in 1 year.

It is really tough and complicated to hone in on the perfect site.I optimize my site to: 1) have Google love me2) whomever needs to sell their house will be convinced I am the best and only choice for them.SEO + Credibility = LeadsI have done a ton of research from scratch to perfect all aspects of lead generation and lead conversion and I am applying it onsite and off site.

Numbers aren't great from a return aspect though.

This relationship was absolutely crucial to my success.
