How does credit and past rental history look?

This is the language in the company agreement:" a Defaulting Member shall be entitled only to the return of the balance in the Member’s Capital Account without any interest thereon."

Have you checked his business credit? 

That will require their accountant's blessing. 

Do I need to make payments to contractors, etc from accounts with the LLC name on them or can the accounts just have my first and last name (personal accounts)?

What bank in CT will lend me this no income verification Also my credit score is 750 and I only have 1 year of credit history. 

Speaking as an immigrant myself, immigrants do not want any eviction record on their credit as they are trying to establish a life here, but I am not sure how to facilitate an eviction process for an international tenant with limited information on hand. 

I'm financially stable with good income, low debt, and good credit score.
