If you could simply pay 100/month for access to the website it might be worth it to some people,however you have to also sign a contract with him that says that any deal you find by default he 'partners' with you and coaches and guides you through the purchase and rehab process.

A few of them start with good intentions but after a period of time they just want to sell courses and coaching that can't/won't duplicate the results desired.You need access to credible buyers and good to great real deals...if you have these, execution is very simple.

You can pass paperwork back and forth, you can provide comps/CMAs, you can answer factual questions, but you can't do anything that even resembles negotiating (it's a very fine line).So, unless you can find an MLO to work with, you're basically going to need to have the seller negotiate their own short sale, and you're going to need to get very good at coaching the seller.
