I don’t know how much money is involved but as a “not a lawyer” I would assume all management fees should be refunded to the clients if they were lied to (defrauded).

Anyone can say they have a unique opportunity that just needs half a mill, quick.

Long story short, I have a client who needs to support parents, and they can do some small "administrative tasks" in his business.

If such type of harm befell your clients, then you most certainly could face a personal injury lawsuit down the line.C) In the event that your LLC is sued, there could be considerable questions about whether or not your LLC is created for a legitimate purpose given the level of intertwining that you are engaging in between yourself and the legal entity. 

If you had to cash directly from the client you would also have payment fees from PayPal or any credit card clearance company.They are quite reliable IMO (I.e. they do pay you what is due).That said they have an awful user interface, very confusing and literally with wrong statements.
