@Ryan Mertens I know of some value-add investors looking in that area and they really are struggling to find anything.

If you know who you want your tenant to be that could also narrow down your choice. 

And, it's not a good choice for a new investor. 

Hi @Catie Lawrence, I'd recommend asking your RE attorney or title company of choice if they can provide you with the RPCDisc (Residential Property Condition Disclosure OR Disclaimer), LBP (Lead Based Paint Disclosure) form, and the gov' pamphlet usually called "Protecting Your Family from LBP".  

I think mortgage brokers can be a good choice to get the best deal.
