2 Small BR vs 1 Large BR for ADU
Hello,
I am working on the floor plan for an ADU and I have options of two roughly 10X12 BR or one very large BR with a huge closet. From rental perspective which one of these two options would be more lucrative?

A 10x12 bedroom is by no means “small” by CA standards and a 2 bedroom over a 1 bedroom is just about always going to bring more rental income. Pretty easy decision from a rental perspective.
