Other than the foreclosure auctions, and possibly a few others without reserve, I find that the entire auction method of selling real estate is just a marketing device for what amounts to a regular sale.

I am not trying to tell any of this will work but I am giving you some topics of discussion to chat with attorney's about.

It took a couple of days but you use the chat feature on the bottom of the website to tell them you have uploaded the doc and ask them to review your business info.

And don't be shy about making colleague requests and asking to chat with people on the phone.
