Hey Dylan, I know of a broker who is quite experienced with section 8 tenants and he just helped an investor in a similar position boost his cash flow quite a bit by converting over to section 8.

I recently purchased an STR that was successful despite not having dynamic pricing, and only being listed on VRBO.they literally charged the same rate every night of the year, no matter if it was Monday or Thanksgiving.it was 78% booked at $180/night.curious the boost I might get being on Airbnb and Vrbo, and having dynamic pricing

They will now pay salaries to the workers, expenses to suppliers, investments in construction equipment and profits to the owners, who hopefully in turn spend it on something, so additional money is flowing through the system, which the system experiences as an economic boost.
