Normally newbies go looking for mentors but don't ever manage to bring much to the relationship other than their willingness to work hard.In your case you're actually bringing capital so that will definitely be a bonus and allow you to find someone who is willing to partner and teach you the business for access to your investors.

The worst thing about 203k loans is that sellers do not like them so you will not be able to win in a multiple offer situation unless the property needs repairs to be financed.
