My wife owns a hair salon in a nice suburb on the "Main Street". 

I use to live in Grand Prairie beautiful place.

And even if they didn't bring the family with them, if they head for the basement first, they still plan 99% of the time to have someone live in the basement.There are "Fast Talkers", which always raises the hair on the back of my neck.

I would like to start with doing something with my current assets and then do some fix and flips along with some buy and holds until I reach a million in properties at which time I will reassess and go from there.I really look forward to interacting with you guys and picking your beautiful minds.

I love everything about Havre de Grace except for the taxes :)  Beautiful little town...

I've always had dreams and plans of investing in real estate but in my mind it has been a "some day" thing...until my wife and I had our first child four months ago, a beautiful baby girl, and in my line of work I'm not home everyday to spend with my family...more like once a week for a couple days at a time then back on the road!

By quality I mean, a nice neighborhood of mostly owner occupied singles, and then there's this one duplex, first class, beautiful...but who does it appeal to?

It's a beautiful world once you have cracked the code.

I have not seen the property inside yet but the grounds are beautifully kept, it is completed updated inside and the pictures look beautiful.
