I think it's important to find out if the deal doesn't work for legitimate reasons, will they buy it back, how long is that going to take, and do they have the authority to do so.

You don't have to be a general contractor to do work on a property that you own, but you are required to pull a permit from the local governing authority, even though not every one does.

All its going to cost you is regular postage.The deed will never change (I've seen it here in CA) but during the administration process of probate Letters of Administration (no will) is issued to the PR as a legal document that gives the PR authority to liquidate the property.

And their position is that they aren't saying its an estimate, rather the number is representative of a made up word that is very similar to estimate.Its useless, and because of that Zillow is negligent in presenting this to a marketplace, for which it is an authority, that doesn't know any better.
