Plus the younger generation prefers other methods of payment.I've used PayPal for security deposits but they charge my tenants a fee.....so it's not attractive for rent.I'm not sure if Google Wallet charges a fee?

I did not raise his rent with the written agreement he is responsible for mowing the grass.I prefer not having tenants in place personally, but I can see why it would be attractive if you want to invest in a multi.
