I'm not planning on buying property here as I am probably moving in December, but would love to increase my human capital anyway possible.I just attended the TRACTION REIA meetup (in Tysons Corner) this past week for the first time.

My next course of action I guess should be to attend my local REI club.

Learned about John Behle in Provo and attended his one-time, 5 day conference (no pitch) and met several great sources for paper there.

You should go on Meetup.com and search Real Estate Investors and then join the group and attend the meetings.

And you get the benefit of having over 70 past ones to catch up on.Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info.

I may be out of town on 3/15, but would love to attend, if possible.
