Hi, I have summer tax on a rental which comes to almost $200 and winter will be about the same so I’m just wondering can I completely write off both taxes on top of property tax?

I don't think you should feel bad about denying them if you cannot follow your normal screening process to completion, but I'd give it a try at least and try to think creatively about how to get comfortable with them. 

An example is you get 25,000 cars a day but a new bypass once complete will drop traffic down from your site to 12k a day and move growth and traffic in a new direction.
