It's just isn't worth defrauding/scamming/cheating someone, especailly the old and ailing.

They seem to be the trend setter for anti-landlord legislation in WA. 

I have seen investors get scammed by contractors too many times!

This is sickening, but becoming quite a common scam. 

They are scamming you and you need someone to help cut through the falsehoods and you continue to believe them.

There are deals in each of those locations and they aren't burdened with the taxes and anti -landlord of either coast.

The Owner has to sign the actual deed and closing documents.A contract doesn’t “tie you to a property”…that is a made up BS term.This is Absolutely a scam.

It’s a shame that the anti capitalists got hold of control of our education system, and as a result we are producing people with an inability to identify a viable business program from a non viable one.
