The population is growing relatively higher than the country and lots of businesses have been moving in as well. 

Positives: Tiny price point under 2 million, decent population and income in 5 mile radius, 2% annual increases.Possible negatives:  Mentions tenant TI improvements done in 2017 but building from 2004 and landlord responsible for roof and structure.
