Then you have nothing good to replace the bad. what's scary is actually if the DSCR of 0.6-0.8 is the default running operation these days.... too bad there's not much intel on this aspect.

Talk to Phila Water Dept directly about this issue.If you purchased it recently and randomly got a bill for that amount, it is likely the title company had an estimated reading and not an actual reading of the water meter.

All I end up finding is a bunch of get rich quick ads and platforms, 'gurus' who just want a earn a quick buck promoting videos and e-books filled with a bunch of positive affirmations and testimonials and never showcase how the process of tax lien and deeds actually work, webinars that are not informative and avoid the actual process of acquiring a tax lien or deed, and so forth.
