Instead find some friends or family members who have retirement funds sitting in money market account, teach them about self-directed IRA and offer them 6% interest secured by real property, that would be win-win!

This could lead to a future event that optionee comes up and buy my property at a stipulated price.Currently, I have heard a few things:- Title company: they say there have been a few transactions after this Option, there should be no issue, but this is not covered by insurance- an unpaid legal advice from a local lawyer: this is a defected title, should cancel the purchase- Realtor: we will try to remove this, but this is not an important issue- Realtor friends: No.

If they don't answer the door, at least open the door to ensure it's occupied then lock it up and post a notice demanding they contact you within 72 hours or face eviction.They could be dead, abandoned, moving in their three friends and sixteen cats, etc.
