The felonies are:Drunk driving, third offense and assaulting a police officer.The misdemeanors are:Unlawful use of a motor vehicle, license suspended 2nd offense, reckless use of a firearm, and resisting arrest.I think that the misdemeanors he was charged with are worse than the felonies.

Whether buying a car at a police auction, junk from a storage locker, a non-performing note online, or real estate (?)

One unit had a car end up half way in the living room when someone pulled into a garage that already had a car in itJ.There was a drive by with 3 injuries around the block from 3 of my buildings and last summer I lend my ladders to police officers who were chasing a dread-locked subject through my yards tacked out with submachine guns and vests.

That rent is "on time" but it is a payroll deduct, so it would be hard/impossible to pay it late.I am not trying to be the fair housing police by any means, but removing any items that can be considered biased, you have an applicant who has a very low score, poor job history with the new place (one pay period).

If there was a police report of the incident, just reference that.

Police response time will be long after the thieves are gone, they know the response times in the areas they operate in...

I called local police dept and they said they have responded to calls several times at that address, but they will only tell me what for if I submit a written request.
