How have people determined location and pricing if there isn't a lot to compare to?

@Glory Dasilva I have replaced numerous pumps on buildings I own here in the Berwyn and Cicero area.

How it would work:On the first project my brother and I would find the property/lot to rehab/build on.

It's a newer product, I wouldn't underwrite a lot to it yet personally.

I've done 3 personally and have helped numerous clients do the same with great results.

Those same people also tend to put tons of money down on "Quick Draw" lotto games while having lunch at the bar. 

Obviously we can't be sure, but we should at least make an attempt.To me this project sounds like a lotto ticket.

That all makes sense and it’s a lot to take in, I’ll work on talking to lenders and creating a solid business plan that I can show tot he lenders and that was kind of my idea as well if I get lots of no’s the perhaps if he wanted to sell legit, he would carry seller financing.
