Seems that suddenly, a technical - and permanent - issue with "Youtube's platform", now prevents VRBO from allowing the videos.  

Perhaps there is a health issue.

Maybe because I've kind of run into this issue with paying people in the past.  

No auditor will look at every transaction, but they pick a fair number to try to find any issues, as well as review the General Ledger entries, bank reconciliation reports, etc in an attempt to find any wrong inputs, or worse, blatant fraud.
