These ADUs in nicer areas are good for the house hacker who wants to live in nicer area and have a rental.

Are you planning on living in this property or do you already have a primary residence?

If they are not doing anything to improve that park, no one will want to live there. 

Hi Bigger Pockets,I purchased a condo in the bay area this year living as an owner-occupant with housemates.

But Generally, most lenders will want to see that the lease or market rent can support the mortgage payment, the borrower does not intent to live in the property, the borrower has 20% down + closing costs, 6 months reserves, and credit is above 620. 

The county I live in has 4 Amazon warehouses and industrial land is through the roof.
