Can someone please shed some light that has experience in Massachusetts preferably Fall River as each town might have different laws.

When i take pics of my properties (I am not a professional), even I know to raise the blinds to let in natural light.

Thinking of updating it having a window to allow light in would be ideal.

So it would take 100 doors.. or just try to wiggle your way into smaller multi family were your buy say 20 unit stabilize it get your track record your lenders are going to want to see.. buy another or 1031 your first one up and move up in doors.. that could make things go quicker..

Both the forms cover pretty much everything - moisture issues, safety, housekeeping, appliances, light bulbs burned out, etc.

and i would have to give him back his money when the house sells plus appreciation...not really looking to commit mortgage fraud, but could someone with knowledge of the mortgage industry, more specifically FHA shine some light on this for me?

I stopped buy the building last night to drop off some material and thought something looked different about their unit…peeked in a window, it looks like they knew want was coming or were planning on moving out anyway or they responded to our letter with lighting speed b/c 95% of their stuff was out of the unit…probably not going to see September’s rent.
