I am currently living in one unit and looking for another tenant for a vacant apartment.

Tampa Heights in particular is booming, many commercial offices, apartment buildings, and restaurant/bar areas are currently being built, or are approved projects for the future like you stated. 

I am looking for 55+ communities or other apartments for rent for him.  

Just saw that the big apartment complex that went in, The Nolen, sold to a new ownership group out of Orlando. 

We’re under contract at the moment on a doublewide and the booklet for foundation requires requires piers spaced at certain distance apart,a certain square footage of venting, piers on footers below frontline, mortared , etc etc. they require an engineers inspection to approve it.

I can't think of one much better unless he gets a wholesale priced apartment complex with owner financing with low down. 

I have fully renovated the apartment which looks great and would not like another expense.

I rent many apartments and never let my broker charge more than a month because I don’t want the commission to drive the discussions.

So I could acquire a few small apartment buildings in Germany with a total of 26 units.
