GC gave the final bill with 33% over budget, but all the time he was working backwards meaning, he knew the target and he already broken that amount into what all things will be done and just after appraisal coming up 33% higher.3. conventional lender - big mouth and unable to fulfill any promises.

The frame has space of double pane and only one side has glass, other side is empty.I never saw such frame with only one pane.I came on pre-closing day, and found some issues, but seller told me that due to tragedy(their mom in age 90's expired) so they didn't get enough time, they need more time, so I let them live there for 3-4 more days after closing,assuming during this time they will finish pending promised work.But now when I finally moved here I felt like they cheated. one issue is above mentioned, 2nd they had around 20 cats, it's was agreed that they will clean and do something to remove cats smell 3. bathroom tub is broken etc.My assumption is since closing is done, so nothing can be done...but still thought take 2nd opinion.
