You could also try to finish the rehab by using a construction loan (if you need money for materials Home Depot also has a project financing program that is pretty competitive).

Has anyone used the home depot network to find reliable contractors?

It can be rented to a church for a yard sale, a farmer for planting a garden, a parking lot for when people next door hold a party or other function.  

But even then, rather than hassling with insurance, plumbers, and contractors, I just go to home depot and rent an excavator and start ripping stuff out.

The garden shed is 8x8.
