The forms allow you to easily customize the lease to suite your specific needs.

I think maybe hybrid of forms that list both the turn around  and move-in and move-out tasks (for property tasks), combined with property manager task list (for handling people and paperwork) could work, provided you add some custom made bullet points on how you'd like the process handled (like sentence next to the task on the checklist)...

If you have a cabinet over your stove it can usually be raised up to allow room for the microwave and that also makes the cabinets look better to not be all one height.

These days we tend to redeploy retained earnings as investment into our real estate business (the goal is to become our own bank).The real estate business - at least ours - does not throw of cash flow like the custom software business.  

I would have thought SmartMove as an arm of TransUnion would have caught this, but was just informed by their customer service that they only do a check based on name and where previously lived, NOT by social security number.

I can think of no other business where we ask our customers to pay in full and on time when the product or service isn't provided in full or on time.

1) You customers *coming from the marketing side of a real estate firm* always assume a home sitting on the market this long has something "wrong with it", like clockwork.

Earlier this year, I was consulted on a quartz countertop installation they performed for a retail customer.  

@Jon Huber I just want to get rid of it all without having to pay a junk hauler :)   I'd imagine it would be $700 or so to have a hauler go through every cabinet and all the closets and clear it out.
