My plumbers swear by Moen and out of a couple hundred fixtures in rentals I’ve only had 1 that was defective.

Same pictures, same light fixtures, etc. etc..

Do the cheap houses have cheap counters/fixtures while the more expensive ones have granite, and top of the line fixtures?

Personally, it wasn't my cup of tea so I quickly went back to what I was doing. 

On my Airbnb renovations, often times the items I take out can be reused in my long-term rentals (older mirrors, older lighting fixtures).

Hello,I would like to replace my old Kohler bath fixtures (faucet,handle or temp regulator , shower head 🚿 with Moen brand fixtures.).I hope the old cartridge is still in tact or I probably may have to replace that as well.Is that doable?
