I would use the concept of leveraging.  

I will definitely be sending people to read this when they need an education (re-education) on the cap rate concept.

I don't make a million a month but I can tell you the concept is the exact same.

What you're paying for is their opinion and ideas, usually they are old strategies under simple concepts, there isn't any rocket science going on. 

That doesn't mean that I'm not worried though : ) I have accounted for a significant amount of time being added to our schedule and have back up plans if the the powers that be don't like the exterior alterations I have proposed.I plan on keeping a project journal of sorts by posting notes here in BP as things develop.

No budget mentioned per ft or total run needed, there may not be an inexpensive method, depends on your concept of expensive. :)
