It's 8-10 hours to any of the central Texas cities, 8-12 hours to anywhere in California , 10 hours from Vegas, 10 hours from Colorado.

also Vegas is seeing a big run from Socal folks moving here that work out of their homes etc.. 

There is an enzyme spray that I was introduced to about a year ago, I forget what it was called, but it took a house from smelling like a casino in Reno (tobacco smoke) to smelling like nothing in 48 hours it was mind blowing.

Think Wizard of Oz  scene when the witch is melting....but yes some investors consider Vegas and Phoenix as sort of part of Socal for investments.

I don't want to return to Las Vegas.
