Broad (statewide, citywide) economic indicators are more often than not pretty meaningless. 

I’d like to lay out my strategy here in a few broad strokes and get any input to see if I’m missing anything or should take a different approach.

I live in a market where I can invest.What I Did: I listened to almost all BP podcasts, watched a lot of youtube, lived on BP forums, and other internet education (didn't spend a dime).

Does anyone have any recommendations for inspector networks with a broad reach like Pillar to Post?

My experience with Tahoe management companies is that the newer (cheaper) internet based companies don't have the local resources to do the job. 

Later with INTERNET and records placed on line I found out that it was repoed by HUD 3 times. 

MF and SFH are usually asking top dollar in the appreciating areas such as fountain square, old south side, bates hendricks, broad ripple, butler tarkington, etc.

My week is for broad stroke scheduling your week in advance, where the daily action plan is where you would put the day's scheduling (again... sometimes people like to look at a weekly or monthly calendar to get an overview of their week, etc.)

I also spend big money on house cleaners, pool cleaners, and landscaper, cable TV, utilities and highspeed internet. 

In this internet age all it takes it a little tech savvy and most anything R.E. is easily found, only the few using true asset protection methods are actually hidden, and it's much more detailed and technical then just making a different LLC to collect rents.
