What is the Term or the acronym (you are in the black or ROI etc.) for the point in which your initial investment has been paid back and you are at 100% profit.

We plan to split any profits or losses 50/50 — keep it black and white.

The way I see it, the kind of risks for sceptic system issues such as a total failure or towns decide to enforce the owners to connect are like grey swan / black swan events (beyond what is typically expected and is extremely difficult to predict).

Also, finish is what really matters, most buyers today think they want stainless steel but don't limit yourself to that if a different color fits your design better, I've used black and white appliances as well as stainless and it didn't hurt resale.
