Using the 50% rule, at 5% you are negative cash flow about $500/month. 50% rule is debated quite a bit on here, but it is a good place to start for a beginner.

In reading the beginner’s guide on here, I’m seeing that it’s often advertised that Wholesaling is the most simple of the strategies and that you won’t need any money- but that that is inaccurate because “you’ll ultimately need financial resources to build your marketing funnel.”

So far, I have not seen any topic that discusses this aspect of investing for beginners.
