Some people try so hard to be a real estate investor but they have a unbelievable singing voice or are amazing at making apps.

There are bad apples in every bunch, but for the most part, I've had great tenants and built a reliable network of people to call when things go wrong.Initially, my goal was to buy a house every time I moved with work, which has turned out to be about every three years.

i will be calling around to credit unions. deff dont wanna just accept the first rate i get. and to everyone in this discussion....after my old job closed down i spent a month looking for a steady job again. ive now been at a new job for 2 months. im worried they wont accept my income because of that. same industry i was previously in and with more pay. i do also have a co applicant whos got steady history at one job. just worried because just my co apps income alone would have our DTI to high. maybe asset based lending ?

I had an issue in the past trying to convince tenants to pay me online and I find the sell is a lot easier with Rentigo (i tell them they can open maintenance tickets on their app and send me pics of issues and voila - everyone is using the app and paying rent online and on time!) 

I just heard about the Thumbtack app.

Any apps?
