As with many so called "experts" they never researched the underlying intent or purpose for a subject or have an understanding of the whole, and begin in the middle spinning their web to promote their agenda.

Also, there could be value to the tenant from having web enabled capabilities which might be a competitive advantage.I guess there are no guarantees on the ROI, but it seems that there is going to be more and more demand for such capabilities as time goes on, and I would like to try to make it work.
