I’m new to the BiggerPockets forums but have been listening to podcasts and watching videos for months now.

I've been watching and reading a lot about if I should get my license or not, but I'm still not absolutely positive what the right decision is.

Paying 1500/mo to watch someone work would not be something I would spring for.

In fact often owning a former primary residence as a rental is (often) a bad idea emotionally as you have to watch strangers destroy something you love.

On one hand I would love to take that cash and buy another property and on the other hand I wonder if I would be better paying this property off quicker and enjoying a debit free asset.I have been watching Robert Kiyosaki, Dave Ramsey and Grant Cardone to try to reset my thinking.

Plaintiff knewthat eviction would not have been enforced by me if payments had been madethrough the bankruptcy court as she promised to do, and actually demonstratedtwice.Plaintiff told " 2 On Your Side" (a local television News InvestigativeTeam) that, I posted paperwork on her door alerting her of the Chapter 13filing along with a Wells Fargo statement.The Wells Fargo paperwork showed no transactions happened on the existingloan just prior to or during "Stay of Foreclosure".
