Hello BP, I stumbled upon this video, as I was researching about RE and it's legal side.I'm looking to take my next step towards my first deal, but after watching this video I became concerned about the timing of my "1st deal". 

With that in mind I’ve been listening to the podcasts, reading some blogs, watching webinars and have downloaded the Ultimate Beginner’s Guide, @Brandon Turner’s 7 Years to 7 Figure Wealth and some other freebies.

You would need to upgrade your account to watch the replay I believe, but it's well worth the small monthly charge!
