Hello Boise Experts, I just got under contract for a rental property in the Sunset / Veterans park area of Boise. 

Hello everyone,Hopefully this isn't against the rules as my goal isn't to promote any group but rather to gather some new and/or veteran investors in the field of RE  to create a small accountability/networking group where we gather to chat/discuss ideas, help each other out, meet and network with like minded investors, and maybe even partner in the future as we go through our journey of RE.  

I'm a licensed agent, but work primarily as a RE photographer.

I have a strong credit rating.I do not own a primary residence.I'm a Veteran and qualify for the VA loan.I travel overseas a lot for work (gone about 3/4 of the year), but make frequent short trips back home.I've been speaking with an agent in Central Florida for the past 2 months and have been registered within the MLS system for that area.I'm hoping to buy 4-5 rental properties by the end of 2020 in or around Tampa / Orlando.
