For me I don't like headaches of going to a house monthly so I don't buy war zone properties, I buy properties I can get $1,100+ a month and hope I get a great tenant after screening him/her.

You have a great newly remodeled house in a nice neighborhood that will likely attract good tenants, and you screen them to validate income, credit history, references, etc.

A good smartphone is key to me, and I love a big screen, so I'm picking up a Galaxy Note Edge.

I've done some reading on voicemail scripts and its been said that having a concise script helps screen leads before you even get to call back.

Any proposed new tenants must meet our criteria to rent, pass our screening and complete our application process.

and if you can trim back that tree, you may have fewer leaves falling directly into it...could be the angle but it looks very close, almost overhead....they make all types of screens but I like to just clean them out and like see where it is clogged or filling up and how it flows That deciduous tree I would trim way back or even remove if a rental...best of luck 

I came across a vacant home that was advertised as a 4 bedroom, 3bath, sauna room, steam shower, barn, inground pool, pump house, screen house, 2 brick fireplaces, 2 sheds with over 5000 sq ft of acreage.

Its probably just my lack of familiarity with the website, but the screen shots didn't really look that different from the current site.

Decided what markets to target, designed and conducted the marketing campaigns, received all inbound calls from prospective sellers, developed the relationships with them, asked them all screening questions on their properties, researched the properties, deal analysis, scheduled property inspections, structured the offers, sometimes presented the offers.
