For me I don't like headaches of going to a house monthly so I don't buy war zone properties, I buy properties I can get $1,100+ a month and hope I get a great tenant after screening him/her.

and if you can trim back that tree, you may have fewer leaves falling directly into it...could be the angle but it looks very close, almost overhead....they make all types of screens but I like to just clean them out and like see where it is clogged or filling up and how it flows That deciduous tree I would trim way back or even remove if a rental...best of luck

I came across a vacant home that was advertised as a 4 bedroom, 3bath, sauna room, steam shower, barn, inground pool, pump house, screen house, 2 brick fireplaces, 2 sheds with over 5000 sq ft of acreage.
