Texas has what you need, you just have to spend some time looking and you have to be ready to pull the trigger!!!!!

Potentially the biggest hurdle for newbies is actually pulling the trigger.

Proper- extremely high hurricane premium in FL makes this company not feasible4.

Or has the sponsor been proactive and thoughtful about a solution and established as succession plan that will be triggered upon their death or incapacity to continue?  

Getting that loan closed before years end is extremely challenging.

However, just taking the steps so that process is easier and building relationships with the people that will ultimately make up my "team" for when I am ready to pull the trigger. 

I do understand that the gift implies no re-payment what so ever and will be sure to make that crystal clear before I were to accept any type of gift.I consider myself extremely fortunate to have a family member who would be so generous to even consider gifting any money at all.

We have worked EXTREMELY hard over the past 4 years and have paid off all debt including our primary residence.

However, there is no way that the air handler is happy with the current extremely restricted air flow--while at the same time, the air flow to Bedroom 1 is way too high. 

The market is extremely hot currently so even properties that need work are selling for high prices.
