Why are people traveling?

I then traveled back to the states for about two week.

Or get even more creative and fill your individual room through Airbnb/VRBO when you go out of town or travel.

I just purchased a home and want to rent out one of my spare bedrooms to a traveling medical professional.

@Rafael Ramon I do not, but in a pre Covid world I travel to CA a lot and also attend music festivals like Coachella.

I personally think this year will actually be great as travel demand slowly picks up, I don’t think supply of Airbnb’s (sewing that a lot closed their doors when Covid hit) will be able to catch up to the travel demand in time which will allow STR hosts to reap higher prices due to the supply and demand.
