@Corey Gilroy I agree that you should do your homework on a market before travelling there. 

Sometimes they just get tired of collecting rent and want to travel.

I began hearing loud banging noises in my floor and could it turns out a raccoon has traveled over into my porch ceiling.

My dad travels 30 minutes to the property to tend the landscape and snow removal duties but there was so much snow my upstairs tenant helped my father out.

area is near hospitals and great to possibly rent to traveling nurses and doctors during COVID.

I rented to traveling nurses and now have a long term tenant.

We may not need that much to retire once we get there, but that's our "safe" number that should provide a buffer for medical insurance/emergencies, travel, and provide care for our aging parents.So, there you have it...

I couldn't afford college, so I traveled across the country to Maine, to attend a college that funded me completely based on financial need and good grades.

I personally know a few people who live in those areas and travel to Pensacola for work.

I'm working off of anecdotal experience with this market here, so there's that. . . .If the MF property is targeting vacation travelers to Myrtle Beach then you'll want it to have very strong appeal to that pursuit, along with a proven history of being a viable vacation rental.If NOT a vacation rental . . . who is the likely tenant?
