I’m fighting over a decision.

I thought the applicability turns on it being a trade or business under IRC 162, not whether the property is a SFH or an apartment complex.

I handle the maintenance and most decisions regarding his properties, we do have a property management company handling the rents and admin stuff.  

We'll be visiting in two weeks to checkout the area and get a feel for the city, then the final decision will be made.It sounds like a lot of awesome experience going into this virtual hangout, I'd appreciate an invitation please!
