Telling a property owner a pack of lies, including that you buy houses for cash when you dont, to take their home equity is illegal.Does anyone know of wholesalers being prosecuted for their false statements? 

There are MF vendors that specialize in turns, they are quick and inexpensive, have systems, technology and electronic communication and they have staying power...it's night and day from dealing with subcontractors.
