Since most people buy seconds because they are cheaper they probably don;t have the cash to buy out the first so they are left hoping that there is something left after the FC auction.  

This meant that remodeling their units was first.  

(Growing Area of good schools, low crime, low unemployment, amazing wineries) I have some out of state and here in Temecula, and I have made much more here due to t he appreciate and the rising rents.

@Chris Mason I certainly understand where you were going in your analogy and my guess is you meant no offense but it almost sounds like you're advocating that biblical precepts be taken with a grain of salt.
