Personally, disregarding any major event, I do not see how anything can improve with 10% unemployment and huge debts.The unemployment rate will be the key to watch for a sustainable, not head fake, turn in house prices.

For the sake of time optimization and efficiency, I would recommend looking into a call center service (with a script you provide) as a long term solution.

Much of the country has seen phenomenal price/rent growth in the last 8 years, and that explosive growth simply cannot be sustained indefinitely.

We are looking for ideas and making new passionate people involved with small house solutions.

Is quickbooks still the goto or is there another great software solution?

I prefer the solution of hiring out.
