@Benjamin BarredoI run an Amazon store that sells about 4,000 items per month and I do 100% of my printing for that business on a crappy $55 printer I bought online lol  So I have to print item labels for each item, shipping labels for the boxes sent, packing lists, etc. so I go through a lot each month. 

Stored away, I've got 10-20 #1 Pitts, Spawns, a few Spider-Man etc...Probably worth a decent amount, but it was more fun for me and I enjoyed collecting for the art work than a serious money making strategy.

Have you found it's important to be close to grocery stores or are renters still happy to rent outside the city and making a trip to the grocery store / casino.

It is a store (zoned for goods or a small deli, no restaurant), 2 apts, and attic (no kitchen); 3100 sq. ft. 

It also has a receipt scanner that automatically fills out all the information (Date, time,  store, amount) and then can match it to the data.
