I talked to my landlady and she said to keep it up because she understands we need the storage space, but one of the brothers lives upstairs of the complex, and he's just upset that he wasn't left in charge of the estate.

The lot is large enough to divide, but the mobile home will have to be removed before dividing the lot.I'd hate to tear down the home if it is feasible to move it.

It's simply a source of info and may or may not be true for you.And frankly I could tell you to invest in commercial office, self-storage, or luxury apartments, but you should not do that...the reason is because as a tree grows so do investors.

I may repost to the business area, but figure people will chime in on both topics.Details:I have 2 properties lined up to buy, pending final inspection and possibly a 3rd property.  2 properties have 2 houses on them, 1 property will require a variance or special permit in order to legally rent 2nd house on that property (but it could be used as storage for materials, etc for rehabs).

Theres three seprate buildings the Main building is 10 bed facility with 10 bedrooms and 6 baths plus office, utility room, kitchen, dining room, den room and storage rooms.
