I've know several people in my neighborhood that have stopped paying their mortgage, moved, and collecting rent payments until they get foreclosed upon. 

I am so tired of having the CPA say "ask your attorney"  or the attorney telling me to "check with your accountant"  I would like a one stop shop that will leave me confident that I am covering my assets/choosing the correct entities and taking advantage of all of the tax advantages of real estate investing.

Yes it did, and I'm so glad I fought through the emotional waves, making the scary unknown into a new, exciting venture.

Not great, but hey, I stopped talking about it and actually did one.The second flip...bought it for $62k, put in $15k and sold it for $115k. 

I will try to venture into this opportunity.

PMI will stop when 20% equity based on purchase price is reached but no sooner than 2 years. 

I bought a few duplexes from Calhoun Ventures in Minneapolis 5 years ago and am very happy with them.

My suggestion would be to get the property under contract or stop marketing it immediately.
